We create homes and business space for rent in and around Milton Keynes and manage them to provide attractive places for people to live and work.
There are a host of factors that make somewhere a great place to live and work.
We follow 3 principles to help make that process happen.

1. Adapt and re-generate first.
Where and how people live, work, shop and relax is changing at a rapid pace. We specialise in giving new purpose to existing buildings, so they provide people with the environment and facilities they require in today’s world. We believe that adapting buildings to regenerate their use is socially responsible, environmentally sustainable and preferable to building something new from scratch elsewhere.

2. Embed good design in everything
Good design goes beyond providing buildings and places that are visually attractive (which we aim to do), it also requires them to be practical, durable and efficient. Good design means our buildings meet our occupier’s space requirements, save them money through reduced occupancy costs and help us achieve our sustainability targets.

3. Manage directly
All our properties are let and managed in-house by White & Co which ensures we have a direct relationship with all occupiers from Day One through a single point of contact. This helps us to understand occupier requirements and enables us to respond promptly to issues as they arise.
